What is Premium Delivery?

Premium delivery is a service by tapje.la that allows you to receive your order much faster with a nominal fee for peninsular. An additional surcharge of RM3 will be imposed for orders that weigh above (and equal to) 3kg

How to opt Premium Delivery?

,You may opt for either same-day delivery with RM50 for orders below RM150 and RM40 for orders above RM150. Enjoy same working day delivery (before 10 pm) if you place your order:

Only for Kuala Lumpur within Klang Valley. Before 12 pm (only Monday – Thursday) and before 11 am (only Friday).

Take note:

  • Items that are applicable for Premium Delivery will have the option displayed at checkout. Be sure to select Premium Delivery at checkout to receive your items sooner.
  • If your order after 12 pm (only Monday – Thursday) and after 11 am (only Friday), your ordered item will be delivered on the following business day.
  • The cut-off time may vary. Kindly refer to the cut-off time stated at checkout for the most up-to-date cut-off time.

What is the requirements?

The Premium Delivery is only available for jobs meeting these requirements:-

  1. Maximum order 5pcs
  2. Design is sent completed. We strongly suggest a file with a higher resolution to get better results. (at least 808 x 505 pixels)
  3. Must specify mandatory information Details. Related fields are:-
  • Recipient’s name
  • Recipient’s phone number
  • Recipient’s email address
  • Custom back-half – example: hey.tapje.la/albab . This would be a permenant url. Name it carefully, as it cannot be changed
  1. Not applicable for custom-domain feature
  2. Customer contactable
  3. Drop-off locations are within the same Klang valley
  4. Every drop-off location is clearly provided and input as ONE task each. Clarity of address entails full address details with a unit number, street full name, neighborhood, and postcode.
  5. Drop-off location is limited to 1 location per 1 order

Availability of services?

The availability of Premium Delivery is subject to the factors below: 

  1. Acts of God
  2. Delay caused by a third party and or merchant at drop off
  3. Closure of road
  4. Delays caused by thunderstorms and weather conditions

tapje.la reserves the right to dynamically limit and control the availability of the Premium Delivery to provide the best experience possible to all users. 

Time of delivery

tapje.la will make every effort to deliver within the time stated. However, the ability to meet the stated delivery time is subject to conditions outside of tapje.la and tapje. la’s control (e.g., weather and traffic conditions). Traffic congestion and natural phenomenon such as heavy downpours, flooding and thunderstorm might cause a delay in delivery.

Responsibility & Additional Charges

tapje.la reserves the right to impose additional charges (rates are based on RM15 per hour and based on a pro-rate basis) OR deny the Premium Delivery service under the following circumstances:-

  1. If you or your recipient is not contactable and/or fail to accept the delivery at the time they are ready for delivery (within 15 minutes upon arrival of tapje.la runner), or we are unable to deliver at the nominated time due to your failure to provide appropriate instructions, or authorizations.
  2. Delays during drop-off above 15 minutes from the stated job pick-up and/or drop-off time are not caused by tapje.la runner. (i.e., If tapje.la runner has to wait more than 15 minutes due to a delay at the drop-off, this can be caused by the item is not ready, the shop is not open yet, the person is not reachable etc.) 

In the event of a re-delivery is required when it is not caused by tapje.la runner, please refer here for additional info related to extra charges. tapje.la will make every effort to deliver within the re-delivery time requested. However, the ability to meet the request is subject to their availability

Liability

tapje.la shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing Services or delivering Goods where such failure arises as a result of any act or omission, which is outside our reasonable control, such as all overwhelming and unpreventable events caused directly and exclusively by forces of nature that can be neither anticipated, nor controlled, nor prevented by the exercise of prudence, diligence, and care, including but not limited to war, riot, civil commotion; compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction and acts of third parties

tapje.la reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time in its absolute discretion.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your item(s) have shipped, we’ll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes the estimated delivery date and tracking number. 

If you ordered multiple items, you may receive separate shipments.

Can I have my order delivered to an address other than my home?

For your convenience, you may prefer to have your order delivered to an alternative address such as your office address. If you choose to deliver to your office, please include the business name in the shipping address during checkout payment.

Please note, if you choose this option, goods may be left with reception.

Delivery to a PO Box is not permitted for security reasons.

I need to change my shipping address.

If you have not yet received your shipment notification you can amend your details online via email to help@tapje.la 

I will not be home on the scheduled delivery date.

As our carriers require a signature on delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card if you are not at home. You can then contact the carrier directly to schedule a new delivery appointment or alternatively, amend your delivery address.

Can I self-pick up at Stopanik’s office?

You can self-pickup only at our office/ warehouse, and there are no changes to the cost

What happens if my delivery goes missing or is damaged?

In case of any problems with your delivery, tapje.la will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement. If you have already received your order and find that it is damaged, please issue an email to help@tapje.la

Shopping in Malaysia

tapje.la is a Malaysia based store that sells and ships to customers in Malaysia. tapje.la sells and ships products to end-user customers and only. 

Shopping outside Malaysia

The tapje.la ships only within Malaysia. If you would like to purchase tapje.la products from outside Malaysia, please liaise with our Sales Team sales@tapje.la to find out if we are able to serve your country or region.
