A ring that is too loose may feel unsafe to wear, while a ring that is too tight may not be comfortable for daily use.
Pre-order note: Products cannot be exchanged due to incorrect sizing, so please double-check your size before placing your order. Pre-ordered items will be delivered within 14 – 21 business days.

1. Product Usage
The tapje.la NFC Payment Ring is designed for supported NFC/contactless payment or access systems.
The ring can only work if the related card, payment source, terminal, or system supports NFC/contactless usage.
2. Not an Official Bank or E-Wallet Product
tapje.la is an independent brand.
We are not affiliated, endorsed, approved, or officially connected with any bank, card issuer, payment network, e-wallet provider, or transport operator unless stated clearly in writing.
3. Customer Responsibility
By placing an order, customer understands and agrees that:
- The ring depends on the original NFC/contactless function.
- Not all terminals may detect the ring the same way.
- Some terminals may require a different tap angle or position.
- Customer must ensure the selected card or NFC source is suitable for this product.
- Customer is responsible for using the ring safely and properly.
4. Ring Size Confirmation
Customer must choose the correct ring size before ordering.
Once production has started, the ring size cannot be changed.
If the wrong size is selected by the customer, replacement or refund will not be provided.
5. Custom-Made Product
Each ring is made based on the selected size and order details.
Because this is a custom-made product, cancellation, refund, or exchange is not allowed once production has started.
6. Function & Compatibility
We will do our best to produce the ring properly.
However, tapje.la cannot guarantee that the ring will work with every terminal, reader, gate, machine, or device.
Performance may vary depending on:
- Terminal sensitivity
- Reader position
- Ring size and wearing position
- Card/NFC chip condition
- System or issuer restrictions
- User tapping method
7. Lead Time
Estimated production lead time is 14–21 business days, unless stated otherwise.
Delays may happen due to batch production, material availability, courier issues, or quality control process.
8. Payment & Order Confirmation
Production will only begin after full payment and required information are received.
Customer must make sure all order details are correct before submitting the order.
9. Warranty Limitation
Warranty does not cover:
- Wrong ring size selected by customer
- Damage caused by misuse, drop, bending, heat, chemical exposure, or improper handling
- Compatibility issues with unsupported terminals or systems
- Issues caused by inactive, expired, blocked, damaged, or unsupported card/NFC source
- Normal wear and tear from daily usage
10. No Financial Liability
tapje.la is not responsible for any payment failure, declined transaction, balance issue, double charge, card blocking, account issue, or system error caused by third-party providers.
Any payment, e-wallet, bank, or transport account issue must be referred directly to the respective provider.
11. Agreement
By completing the order, customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
